Congratulations and thanks to everyone at Legacy for achieving ISO9001 accreditation. With robust quality control processes in place the company is well placed to move forward with its development in 2011. ISO 9001:2008 is the International Standard for Quality Management Systems and is recognised worldwide. It is essentially a set of guidelines for running a company in such a way that customer requirements are satisfied first time, on time, each and every time. We hope to live up to these expectations.The implementation was part funded by MAS and overseen by Hatton Parkinson Associates.
